This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made for Lead Wave software licenses, subscriptions, and reseller plans.
By purchasing any Lead Wave product, you agree to this policy.
Lead Wave is a digital software product delivered through instant license activation. Due to the nature of digital goods, specific refund limitations apply.
2. Nature of the Product
Lead Wave is a downloadable desktop software product that becomes accessible immediately after:
- License key generation, or
- License activation, or
- Delivery of reseller access
Because access is granted instantly and cannot be “returned,” refunds are limited as described below.
3. No Refund After License Generation or Activation
All payments are final once:
- A license key has been generated, or
- The license has been activated, or
- Reseller access has been issued
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Feature expectations
- Platform incompatibility
- Third-party platform changes
- Messaging restrictions or bans
- Account suspension by messaging platforms
- User misunderstanding of functionality
- Technical environment issues on the user’s system
By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all product information, disclaimers, and documentation prior to purchase.
4. Cancellation Policy
A. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)
If you purchase a subscription-based plan:
- Cancellation prevents future renewals.
- Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
- Access continues until the end of the active term.
Since renewals are manual unless otherwise stated, users must renew voluntarily.
B. License Expiry
If a license expires:
- Access to premium features may stop.
- Renewal requires a new payment.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:
- Payment was duplicated due to technical error.
- A license key was not generated due to system failure.
Such cases will be reviewed individually.
Approval of refunds in exceptional cases remains at our sole discretion.
6. Reseller Purchases
Reseller licenses and bulk purchases are non-refundable once access or license credentials have been issued.
Resellers are responsible for managing their own customer refund policies.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in:
- Immediate license suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Restriction from future purchases
